Terms of Service - Safe School Ambassadors® Trainer Portal
By accessing the Trainer Portal site, you agree to the following terms:

Community Matters grants you a limited and non-exclusive license to use the materials and training design contained within the Community Matters Trainer Portal to conduct Safe School Ambassadors® Expansion and Re-Ignite Trainings only at the school site(s) within your school district where the following requirements have been met:
1. An Initial Safe School Ambassadors® Training has been conducted by Community Matters
2. A current SSA Site License has been purchased through Community Matters for each school site where you will conduct SSA Trainings.

You acknowledge that the Safe School Ambassadors® Program materials and training design are the result of extensive research and effort expended and is the sole intellectual property of Community Matters.

You agree that you will not use these materials or concepts to conduct any training that is identical or similar to the Safe School Ambassadors® Program training, except as outlined above.

You agree that you will not reproduce or distribute, in any form, including print or electronic, or by any other means, any of the program materials available on this site, including but not limited to Student Guides, Family Group Facilitator Guides, and any training handouts, to any person, school or district, except for the purpose of conducting Safe School Ambassadors® trainings and coordinating the Safe School Ambassadors® Program at currently licensed school sites within your district, without the express written permission of Community Matters.

You further agree that when you conduct Expansion and Re-Ignite Trainings, you will:
1. Complete a Site Trainer Report
2. Have each adult participant complete and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement, and
3.. Submit the Site Trainer Report and Non-Disclosure Agreements to Community Matters within 7 days after training delivery.

In the event that you do not complete the TOT and associated Practicum, your access to the Trainer Portal may be rescinded, and this agreement terminated at the sole discretion of Community Matters.
